in the last Sunday November 29th we received a wonderful birthday gift
Our restaurant has been awarded, as the only one in Szczecin, with two toques in the prestigious Gault & Millau culinary guide, Polish edition 2016.
Gault & Millau in France is a real institution. For the last 40 years, independent, anonymous culinary reviewers have been travelling across France and other selected countries to find the best restaurants, worth to visit. Every year published guide is the culmination of many months of effort of the whole team of inspectors. This year, "mystery shoppers" visited more than 800 Polish restaurants, of which the description of the "Yellow Guide" earned 390, which gained more than 10 points (out of max 20) based on an extensive evaluation sheet comprising 100 elements. Four toques received two restaurants, three toques - eight restaurants, Z Drugiej Strony Lustra was among 62 Polish restaurants awarded with two toques.
